Actividades de voluntariado: Desde el año 2008, el hospital MD Anderson Madrid cuenta con un equipo de voluntariado. Su principal objetivo es colaborar para que la estancia en el hospital de pacientes y familiares sea lo más agradable posible. Su ayuda desinteresada y la donación aportada por diversas entidades hace posible que se lleven a cabo los siguientes servicios y actividades: entrega de revistas y libros, acompañamiento en planta, Yoga, Reiki, Taller de punto “Tejiendo esperanza” y Banco de pelucas, entre otras.

Volunteer activities: Since 2008, MD Anderson Madrid hospital has had a team of volunteers. Its main aim is to help make the patients’ and their families’ stay at the hospital as pleasant as possible. Their selfless help and donations made by a variety of institutions make it possible to carry out certain activities: handing out magazines and books, accompanying people in their rooms, Yoga, Reiki, Knitting workshop “Knitting Hope” and the wig bank, among others.
